Our technician Furqan was recently called out to a property in Frankston where the customer wanted to tidy up an old antenna installation that had been left in poor condition by a previous installer.
The Problem
The existing antenna was mounted only halfway up the pole, leaving it sitting lower than it should and giving the front of the home a messy, unprofessional look. To make things worse, the coaxial cable was running loose down the front of the property and hanging across the front door, creating a real safety hazard for anyone walking in or out.

The Solution
Furqan repositioned the antenna properly at the top of the mast so it sat clean and straight above the roofline. He then re-routed and secured the coaxial cable along a safe path, removing it from across the front door area, and tidied all the cable runs so nothing was left hanging or exposed.
Throughout the job, Furqan made sure the antenna stayed aligned to the strongest local transmitter and ran a full signal check before packing up, confirming the customer still had strong, stable reception on every channel.
