Our technician Andrew was recently called out to a property in Berowra Heights, where the customer was struggling with poor signal from an ageing analogue antenna system perched on top of a tall 20ft mast.
The Problem
The existing setup was an old analogue antenna mounted on a 20ft mast with guide wires running in every direction across the roof. Years of weather exposure had taken their toll and the reception was poor, with weak and unstable signal across most channels. The oversized mast also made the front of the home look dated and cluttered.

Before: old analogue antenna on a tall 20ft mast with guide wires across the roof
The Solution
Andrew removed the entire old setup, including the 20ft mast and guide wires, and installed a new Australian-made digital antenna on a clean, low-profile tripod mount. He ran a new lead-in cable, fitted a new splitter to feed the TV points around the home, and installed a new amplifier to lift the signal to a strong and stable level.

After: new Australian-made digital antenna, splitter and amplifier on a neat tripod mount
The Result
The customer in Berowra Heights was left with a modern, neat setup that looks tidy from the street and delivers proper signal across every TV point in the home. No more oversized mast, no more guide wires, and no more reception issues.
